  I play Peter Quince from "A Midsummer Night's Dream" in my work life, guiding fourth and fifth grade "rude mechanicals" — most of whom have never put on a play before — in the classroom performance of Shakespeare. I admire how patient Quince is and how he makes space for all of his players to shine.
